Eligibility for Returns

Perishable Items

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order to ensure freshness and safety.
• Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, partially consumed, or altered.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service within 2 days with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items returned after the 2-day window cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
